Collaborate network issues

Having network issues while attending a Collaborate session? Loosing connection or getting an error that it is not possible to make a connection? Having sound issues or lag?

Please make sure that your network is up to speeds and note Collaborate sessions are bandwidth consuming and any application and webpage which won’t be used during the session is highly recommended to be closed.

Also you can make a speedtest before the session ( ) and don’t forget to choose under Edit > Preferences > Session > Connection > Connection Speed so you can ensure smooth performance.
