This error occurs when there is a problem with downloading or executing the JAR (Java Resource) files required for Web Conferencing to run. Often this is caused by a problem with the Java cache or deployment folder.
When an Unable to launch the application is displayed, the java cache is typically full, corrupted or unable to write to the java cache.
Try the following to resolve the “Unable to Launch the Application” errors:
- Ensure that you are connected to the Internet and that the connection is active.
- Clear Internet Browser Cache
- Clear Java Cache
- Verify your computer’s personal firewall/router or verify the correct proxy settings
