A student had a problem during test making and was not able to finish it. How can I reset the test?
Go to the Gradebook. In the column of the test you will find a Exclamation Mark in Yellow behind the name of the student. Click on the question mark, click on View > Clear Attempt.
Something went wrong while making my test and I was not able to finish it. Now I am not allowed to start the test again, what should I do?
Contact your block coordinator, or the person appointed by him/her for technical problems, as soon as possible.
Do I have to add grades to the Grade Centre when I create a new assessment?
If a new assessment is created a column is automatically added to the Grade Centre. When a student takes a test, the grade received is automatically added to the Grade Center.
